I saw Mr Hanief at The Parapet after I had received my diagnosis of breast cancer. He carefully explained what my treatment would be and answered all my questions. He took the trouble to telephone me at home to give me the results of a scan and then he operated on me at Heatherwood hospital with an excellent result. After my first visit I had complete confidence that I would be in good hands. I certainly was and he and his team at The Parapet give great care that would be very hard to beat.

I cannot thank Mr Hanief enough for the fantastic care I have received and continue to receive from him. The moment I met him I have felt safe, reassured and confident in his care. He has the most amazing compassion, empathy and people skills, he has treated me with dignity and respect. From the time of my diagnosis I have felt able to ask any questions and have never felt rushed or unable to voice any concerns or worries I may have. His knowledge and natural confidence is incredible which in turn has given me the confidence I have needed to battle through. He is so humble which in itself is so endearing he truly doesn’t really know what an absolute positive impact he has made to our lives especially at such a hard and emotional time.

After five years my tests revealed that the symptons had returned and I was referred to Mr Hanief at the Parapet Breast Clinic King VII Hospital in Windsor. My first appointment with Mr Hanief was in October 2018, Mr Hanief’s Professional And Friendly manner (and Humour) soon put me a ease, and I found his explanations Of my diagnosis and the following treatment very reassuring. My subsequent operation and operative treatment ensured my speedy recovery, I am most grateful for his kind attention in this most difficult time.

I first saw Mr Hanief in 2016 at the Parapet at King Edward Hospital where I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Mr Hanief put me at ease from the first meeting and explained everything in terms I could easily understand, I never once felt rushed and he certainly instills confidence. In Dec 2018 I found myself sitting in front of him again, but this time it was my Daughter who was facing the breast cancer diagnosis. He delivered the news to her calmly putting her at ease. He is a great surgeon with a nice sense of humour which can help in such a stressful situation and my daughter and I are both grateful for the care and compassion he showed us. I would recommend Mr Hanief to anyone facing a breast cancer diagnosis, you would certainly be in good hands.
